Excellent!! This place saved our road trip. We were driving to Lancaster on day one of a road trip around PA and our engine started badly misfiring. Searched on Google maps and found this place. I called and they said they could fit us in first thing in the morning. While we were at Dutch Wonderland, they quickly diagnosed the problem and performed quite a tricky fix, basically saving our engine and our entire road trip! The price was very reasonable too. I would strongly recommend this place!

Jerre is wonderful to work with. His prices are fair and he explains to me exactly what is and isn't happening with my car (since I'm not the most car-savvy), helping me to make informed decisions without pushing me to do extra unnecessary work on the car. He goes above and beyond...last time I needed work on the spot, he went out of his way to make sure I could get home if I needed to and stayed past his hours to get the job done for me. I would most definitely recommend him. Thanks Jerre!

Great service and fair prices. Had my Accord's alternator die 1/2 mile away and Jere was great about coming to take a quick look with his jump box to help me avoid needing a tow. I do a lot of work on my own car but would come back for service at Automotive Masters without hesitation!

I have been going to Jere at Automotive Masters since 2007 and it's just what I want in an auto shop. (1) A guy who has many years of experience, not like the big box repair shops with a mechanic just out of school. (2) A family shop where you can tell they are proud of their store. (3) Not a cheap price, but a fair price, I never have to go back because the repair wasn't done right. (4) I can get an inspection and go out of there with just an inspection charge and know that he isn't charging me for something that isn't broken. (5) Ability to schedule the first daily appointment for an oil change and be on the road by 8:30am. (6) Has the parts laying out that he replaced to show you the problem. (7) Not in a hurry to get you out of the shop, but will talk about cars, repairs, etc. (He loves to talk cars).  I've taken a half dozen cars to Jere over the years and always been happy with the repairs.  We run our cars until they die (150K+ Miles).  We use to live on the west side of Lancaster and loved B&J Auto, another family shop.  Now that we live on the east side of Lancaster, we found Jere and glad we did.

Mr. Coldren is a very honest businessman. Since moving to the Lancaster area he will be the only one to do work on my cars. He will not nickel and dime you if your car does not actually need the parts.

Realized I had lost a lug nut, called the shop and they were able to help immediately. Very helpful and friendly over the phone. Went right to the shop where the owner put on the lug nut, tightened all my others, and then test drove to ensure everything was good to go. Had a knocking sound that had just started and him tightening my lug nuts stopped it. He ensured my car was safe and was very friendly and personable while doing it! Highly recommend!

Jerry is always straight forward with you and he is a nice guy as well. I've never had any problems with him or his service and I bring my car, my wife's car and my parents car there when need be. I would recommend him to anyone not looking to get ripped off, just quality work done to their vehicles

Had my car towed here for the first time, and it worked out perfectly since I was leaving for vacation the next day. Jerry, the owner, was incredibly honest and professional. My car has 300,000 miles on it, and he didn’t try to upsell unnecessary repairs—he just focused on fixing the starter. When the bolts wouldn’t come out, he found another way to get it done. The repair only took a couple of days, but he let me keep the car there for eight days without any issue. Even over the phone, he was friendly, wishing me a good flight and chatting about the weather. Great experience, honest service, and my car is running perfectly. Highly recommend!
